Metal Clad Capacitors
Types SWM , SCJ101-2 SMT metal clad mica capacitors for high power applications requiring low inductance at high frequencies. Operates at temperatures up to 200 degree cel. and voltages upto 1000Vdc. SWM, SCJ101-2 configurations offers easy surface mounting. To assure high current capability in low capacitance ratings we use very high high thickness ruby muscovite condenser mica.

                     Solder Profile:
                 
               
            Hand Soldering:
- Sn Ag Cu recommended solder.
 - Pre heat the metal clad capacitors to 150c minimum 2 min.
 - Use 100W or less temp controlled Iron.
 - Tip Temperature 260 Deg.cel. to 280 Deg.cel. = 5 seconds.
 - Soldering tip not greater than 5 mm.
 - Don’t use strong acid flux.
 - Apply transmission of heat through the soldering material.
